Your Responsibilities
Conceptualization and implementation of automation solutions (e.g., workflows, tools, and interfaces)
Deployment and evaluation of AI applications in the field of employee development (e.g., skill analyses, learning recommendations, chatbots)
Identification and assessment of automation potentials along the entire HR value chain
Independent handling of a project as part of the thesis (e.g., "Use of AI in employee development")
What you’ll bring to the role
Studies in the field of business, (business) informatics, psychology, HR management, or comparable
Interest in HR processes, digitalization, and artificial intelligence
Initial knowledge in process modeling, automation, or data analysis is an advantage
Analytical thinking skills and structured working method
Initiative as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
