Technischer Projektleiter (m/w/d)

To further develop our technological solutions in a practical manner and consistently align them with customer needs, we are looking for you as a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you combine technical understanding, agricultural technology know-how, and organizational strength – and take on the responsibility of translating practical requirements into clear development tasks and managing their implementation.

In this key position, you act as a strategic pace-setter for the next generation of agricultural technology. You consolidate impulses from agriculture, sales, and development and translate them into a structured roadmap and a clear backlog. You accompany the entire creation process – from the initial technical requirements analysis through agile implementation in interdisciplinary teams to final validation in real-world use. With your mix of agile methodology expertise, technical understanding, and deep practical relevance, you ensure transparency for all stakeholders and guarantee that our machine solutions not only excel technically but also confidently withstand the tough demands of everyday agricultural life.
