Deine Aufgaben

• Independent assembly development: You work on the development of different assemblies and contribute your experience and ideas where they best complement the team. You accompany the entire process from the concept phase through design and calculation to series approval.

• Design & Calculation: You create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and parts lists, and perform calculations for the technical design of the assemblies.

• Development of new machine concepts: You design innovative machine concepts and implement them practically in assemblies and modules.

• Prototype construction & practical tests: You accompany the implementation of prototypes directly in the hall, check the assemblies, and work on them yourself to solve potential problems immediately.

• Creative problem solving: You independently develop solutions for technical challenges, optimize existing assemblies in function, manufacturing, and assembly, and implement them together as a team.

• Collaboration: You closely coordinate with production, testing, purchasing, and service, ensure technical feasibility, and support implementation on-site.

Das bringst Du mit

• Education / Studies: You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, or a comparable technical education / technician training.

• Work experience: You bring several years of experience in the design of assemblies or machine modules.

• CAD skills: You are proficient in using Siemens NX or a comparable 3D CAD system.

• Practical knowledge: You are familiar with manufacturing and assembly processes and can implement designs in a practical manner.

• Independence & structure: You work independently, organized, and solution-oriented.

• Practicality: You are not afraid to get hands-on in the hall and solve problems practically.

• Team & communication: You are a team player, communicate clearly, and enjoy working interdisciplinary with production, testing, purchasing, and service.
